JOB SUMMARY:
As a Territory Representative you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products relate new product information and receive feedback on our companys products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products
- Execute daily outbound calls client visits and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory
- Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty
- Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities
- Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars ensuring robust attendance and engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
- Participate in and successfully complete Hiossens comprehensive product training programs gaining expertise in product offerings technical knowledge and company sales procedures and techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative
- Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
- Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting walking and standing at customers office and other meeting locations.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to drive.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $60000-$70000
- Uncapped Commission
