Merchology seeks a Receiving Associate for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Receiving Associate is a critical role that will work within a team to receive new product shipments for decoration for our clients.
Shift: First - 6:30am-3:00pm plus occasional OT as needed
A successful Receiving Associate will:
- Check in daily shipments of product and audit shipments to ensure purchase orders are properly filled
- Label and transport packages and inventory in predetermined warehouse locations
- Work with team members in a positive and collaborative environment
- Ensure that safety guidelines are followed
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to interpret work orders and shipping materials in English
- Spanish bilingual a plus
