We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment supporting day-to-day operations troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff for hardware software and network-related issues.
Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
Support IT team in managing user accounts permissions and system access.
Help document IT procedures troubleshooting steps and inventory records.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades migrations and cybersecurity initiatives.
Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems networks and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with Microsoft 365 Active Directory or ticketing systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles or cloud platforms.
