Job Description

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is seeking a full-time Middle School Director for Women to join our Student Ministry team at the Brentwood Campus. This role focuses on leading and discipling 6th8th-grade girls building strong volunteer teams and creating engaging environments where students experience the love of Christ in real and lasting ways. The ideal candidate is a relational and energetic leader who is passionate about middle school students and committed to helping them follow Jesus with their whole heart. She should be a strong communicator skilled in both teaching and mentoring and capable of fostering a culture where students feel known loved and encouraged to grow in their faith. We are seeking someone who thrives in a team environment brings joy and intentionality to relationships and is excited to create spaces that are both Christ-centered and seriously fun.
