As the Change Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of companies undergoing significant transformation initiatives and play a pivotal role in driving organizational change fostering innovation and ensuring successful outcomes for each company within the portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes.

Ownership of the change portfolio overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple companies.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each companys goals challenges and culture to tailor change strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio.
Create detailed change plans considering the unique needs and timelines of each organization.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives department heads and employees.

Communicate effectively to ensure understanding of the change vision objectives and expected benefits.
Address concerns gather feedback and adjust change plans as needed to ensure successful adoption.
Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
Collaborate with process engineers and trainers to ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives.
Collaborate with IT teams and internal delivery leads to ensure seamless integration and adoption of enterprise applications.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to address concerns and optimize the use of enterprise applications.

A degree or equivalent preferably in Information Technology
