Job Description
Delivery Leader Telecom Minimum 20 years of overall work experience
Should have experience of managing P & L and delivery of large accounts to the extent of 10-20 mn $
Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills proficient in managing widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines
Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship Engineering management Managing budgets Resource management leadership identification and grooming
Develop overall strategy models tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions
Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities
Experience to onsite offshore models & multi vendor set up
Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements.
Experience in matrix organization (to be able to adopt and operate in) Rich experience in handling middle east regions
