Job Description
North Brothers Ford is a trusted name in the automotive industry known for delivering quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Operator to join our team and help ensure smooth operations across the dealership.
Position Overview:
The Automotive Operator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations at the dealership or service center. Responsibilities include vehicle movement customer shuttle service lot organization and light facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable safety-focused and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls for service and sales
- Organize and schedule service appointments
- Call and engage with customers on setting recall and declined work service repair appointments
- Basic filing done in general business development office
- Scheduling mobile service and pick up and delivery work offered by Ford and the dealership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Friendly customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work some evenings until 7pm
