As an Accounting Assistant you will play a crucial role in managing the financial accounts of our residents. Your duties will involve processing fund deposits disbursing checks and managing petty cash. You will also be responsible for opening new resident accounts when they move into the center. Additionally you will work closely with the Revenue Office and social services staff to help residents pay their monthly bills including utilities and laundry. Your role will also involve assisting residents and their families with any financial inquiries they may have. Furthermore you will be responsible for creating and sending invoices for residents whose family members are the responsible party and tracking payments as they are made.
