We are looking for a Director of Software Development in Austin TX who will lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and develop innovative Process Control software and firmware that are part of the award winning DeltaV Distributed Control System our flagship distributed process control system used by top companies in chemical life sciences and energy industries.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in software engineering and large-scale software delivery. The ideal leader has a strong foundation in Agile principles and the ability to drive successful products at-scale in order to oversee the end-to-end development process and ensure technical excellence organizational efficiency and cross-team collaboration resulting in high-quality delivery.
