Job Description
SAP Specialist
Order Entry Specialist
Our client a manufacturing company is seeking an SAP Specialist for a new position in the South Jersey service center.
Responsibilities:
*Accurately enter customer orders into SAP
*Maintain and update customer master data in SAP ensuring information is complete and up to date.
*Learn and master key SAP workflows related to customer setup order entry acknowledgements fulfillment shipping and invoicing.
*Input new customer account details into SAP with attention to accuracy and completeness.
*Coordinate and distribute order-related documentation to internal and external stakeholders to support timely order processing.
*Prepare and generate delivery documentation such as picking lists packing slips and bills of lading (BOL).
*Verify that all picked orders have been shipped to support accurate and timely billing.
*Confirm the accuracy of invoices and ensure all related accounting documentation is properly recorded in SAP.
*Identify and implement additional process controls to improve the efficiency and reliability of SAP operations.
Requirements:
* Experience in data entry and working with SAP.
* Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage time effectively.
* Strong history of collaboration analytic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a customer centric work environment.
* Process oriented with demonstrated experience in efficiently managing workflow
