What You Can Expect
Everyday you will investigate and correct data errors fulfill data requests use C3ntinel to perform measurement and verification of energy conservation measures before and after implementation extract data and calculate Energy Use Intensity (EUI) as well as perform analyses on energy conversation measures. You will contribute to sustainability projects at The Ohio State University. You will report to the Data Analyst II.
What Youll Bring
- You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at The Ohio State University
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in Data Analytics Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Prior coursework or experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in RStudio or Jupyter Notebook
- Experience with PowerBI for data visualization
- Familiarity with handling large datasets
- Understanding of coding languages like Python
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of work
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Organizational prioritization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Effective oral written and communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Details
The internship work term will be September 8 2025 - December 12 2025 part-time 15-20 hours per week minimum
Additional hours/weeks may be available based on business needs and will be discussed in advance with your supervisor
Interns must be enrolled students in good standing at the commencement of the intern semester
This role requires attendance at a worksite
Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Hourly Range: $24.50 to $33.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography experience industry knowledge education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
