Job Description:
- Responsible for both Inbound & Outbound calls
- Timely resolution of issues within TAT
- Co-ordination with Functional Associates for early response to customers
- Collection / Collation of Database from Associate Function
- Timely submission of Daily Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Meticulous & timely implementation of various activities
- Vendor co-ordination
- Time to time updation of Product & Process knowledge
- Should have excellent communication skills
Other details:
- Location- Bandra BKC
- Working days- Mon to Sat
- Working time- 9 am to 6 pm
- Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (renewable contract every 1 year basis on performance)
