Sales Administrator (Part-Time 25 Hours) 24700

Location: York Department: Sales Type: Part-Time Office-Based

Britsafe is an established but ambitious company based in York specialising in the provision of security and cleaning services to commercial clients across the UK. Were growing and looking for a motivated detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help drive new business opportunities.

Job Description

As a Sales Administrator youll play a key role in our small but dynamic sales team. This is an exciting office-based opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Youll be responsible for CRM administration B2B lead generation and outbound email campaigns to support the Sales Director and overall team performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and gather information on new B2B leads

  • Make outbound qualification calls to potential clients

  • Accurately input and manage data within our CRM system

  • Configure and optimise CRM workflows and email campaigns

  • Maintain and update CRM database with consistent high-quality data

  • Generate CRM reports and dashboards

  • Schedule prospect meetings for the Sales Director

  • Stay current with CRM features and recommend improvements

Requirements

Were looking for someone who is not only organised and tech-savvy but also enjoys supporting sales activity and helping the team succeed.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Self-starter attitude with a collaborative approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook)

  • A good memory for detail and a solution-focused mindset
