Are you someone who loves helping others and solving problems If so weve got the perfect role for you!
As our Customer Service Advisor youll be the go-to person for patients who need support with their hearing devices. Youll chat with them figure out whats wrong and make sure they get the best possible service. Whether its troubleshooting issues handling orders and returns supporting families and carers youll be making a real difference in their lives.
Were looking for someone whos:
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Great at communicating and making people feel heard
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using IT systems (SAP Salesforce Radiusdont worry well help you learn!)
- Fluent in English (bonus points if you know another language!)
- Adaptable and cool under pressure
