- Complete the assigned activities as outlined in the daily workorders. The Cleaning/Content Technician may be engaged in the production or processing of contents building cleaning and on-site inventory on occasion.
- On Site inventory of Non-Restorable Restorable Questionable and Unaffected Content Items.
- Packing and initial Pack-Out of items from the Site to the Paul Davis Facility.
- Return of items to Site upon the completion of processing.
- Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion and within budgeted timeframes.
- Work with other employees to coordinate operations and activities within and between departments when required.
- Always demonstrate safe equipment operations and work safely.
- Maintain a professional understanding of the following software platforms:
- Encircle
- RMS Restoration Management Software
- High school diploma GED or equivalent.
- 3 years experience as a Cleaning or Restoration Technician.
- A valid drivers license.
- Direct working knowledge of operations warehouse and contents processing is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its Management Team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets.
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Manual dexterity required to use tools equipment and peripherals
- Overtime as required
