What youll be doing
The Process and Change Management (P&CM) team is responsible for facilitating the implementation of operational changes that impact Retail Account Services (RAS). The Senior Consultant role will specialize in the Third Party Demands process area accountable for providing in-depth advice/consultation typically of an operational or tactical nature to management business partners and team members within an area of specialization. This role will liaise with internal and external legal partners to ensure process changes are considered alongside relevant policies and laws. This position will provide business identification and consultative support relative to the development analysis and identification of process changes and/or system enhancements. This role will play a hybrid of leading tracking and progress updates on the diverse scope of work in Third Party Demands led by multiple team members as well as leading specific changes in parallel.
