About the role
This is a hands-on specialist role supporting both BAU payroll operations and continuous improvement projects. Youll bring your eye for detail payroll expertise and process mindset to help ensure accurate compliant and efficient payroll outcomes.
- Lead payroll governance and compliance across systems and processes
- Drive reconciliations including payroll tax super and audits
- Support system enhancements and integration projects
- Interpret complex Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Oversee month-end and year-end payroll processes
About you
Youre a payroll professional with a sharp eye for detail a strong compliance mindset and a knack for solving problems. With deep experience and a collaborative style youre someone who thrives on getting things right and making things better.
- Hands-on payroll experience in complex environments
- Confident in interpreting Awards and EA clauses into accurate pay outcomes
- Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems; SAP and Kronos are a strong advantage
- Analytical thinker with great problem-solving and communication skills
- Known for accuracy adaptability and excellent customer service
