Job Description
JOB# 166 Driller Helper
42-55 hour week - 10 day shot. 10 days on and 4 off
$20/Hr
Assists in setting up and operating truck mounted drilling machine to retrieve test samples for soil evaluation.
**** Skills and Qualifications:
Able to obtain a CLASS B or possess one.
(clear MVR)
High School Graduate
Valid Drivers License
Attention to safety details
Extensive travel required. - Must be able to travel 7-10 days at a time (hotel and food is paid for)
Great math skills
Ability to follow instructions
Dependable and safety conscious
Duties: Constant standing/walking up to 1-2 miles a day. Frequent lift/carry 70 - 100lbs up to 100 ft. Constant bending twisting at waist/knees/neck. Frequent crouching/kneeling Frequent use of both hands arms reaching handling grasping. Constant use of sight hearing and speech ability. Ability to work out side 100% of this time except while driving.
