Description

Providence Catholic School is seeking a Christian role model Spanish Teacher who will enable students to develop competencies and skills and help form responsible leaders for tomorrow.


The Spanish Teacher will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in academics to help students fulfill

their potential for spiritual intellectual emotional physical and social growth. Candidate must be a highly energetic motivated and innovative teacher who is able to implement various teaching strategies in order to accommodate the students different learning styles. Teacher must be able to work with both middle school and high school students.


Spanish teaching responsibilities include sponsorship of National Spanish Honor Society and administration of the National Spanish Exam.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Teachers must hold a bachelors degree in the area they are assigned to teach as well as 12 education hours.
  • Teacher Certification preferred or enrolled in a teaching certification program.
  • Technology proficiency is required of teachers who will be integrating technology into the content areas.
