Job Description
Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance HVAC plumbing and electrical issues. Inspect machinery and equipment; effectively detect malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with Maintenance Supervisor or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts is required. Lawn Maintenance weekly. Interacts professionally with guests. Responds to emergencies as requested. Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel. Prepares records related to the worked performed and materials and supplies used. Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities.
