- Handling cases from inception to resolution
- Drafting pleadings motions and discovery responses
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Attending court appearances mediations and settlement conferences
- Engaging directly with clients insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (in good standing)
- 310 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance or personal injury defense
- Strong legal writing research and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to handle cases with autonomy and contribute to a collaborative team environment
