Were seeking an enthusiastic candidate who is customer service-oriented a team player with a proactive attitude and able to remain calm under pressure while handling a high volume of transactions. Strong communication skills and attentive listening are essential.
Our ideal candidate is also dedicated to collaborative teamwork adept at problem-solving process improvement and eager to learn new systems contributing to our dynamic and expanding organization.
Scope of Job Duties
Receive and process property tax payments in various forms (cash checks credit/debit cards).
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated recent experience processing high-volume financial transactions and cash handling.
Preferred Qualifications
The selection process typically consists of different phases: screening interview virtual interview and if successful pre-hire requirements consist of reference checking. For some positions additional phases may also include skill testing writing samples or additional interviews.
