Youre passionate about strategic thinking eager to understand how organizations change and want to help shape the future of IT in a global company Then join our team in August 2025 as an intern/working student in IT Strategy & Transformation and support us in driving transformation enabling change and making strategy tangible for our teams.
What you can expect:
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within our global IT
- Help prepare decision-making materials and management presentations for key stakeholders
- Assist in structuring and communicating complex topics related to IT strategy transformation roadmaps and change management
- Contribute to the design and facilitation of workshops stakeholder formats and internal alignment sessions
- Take ownership of specific tasks in cross-functional projects from research and documentation to coordination and follow-up
- Support change management activities that help teams understand engage with and adopt strategic changes
Your profile:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (from the 3rd semester onwards) or a Masters degree ideally inBusiness Administration Business Psychology Media and Communication Digital Business or a related field
- You have a strong interest inIT strategy organizational transformation and change management
- You are analytical structured and able to translate complex information into clear messages
- You bring strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
- You are proactive reliable and comfortable working independently on assigned tasks
- Ideally you communicate fluently in German and English (minimum B2 level).
