On the Consumer and Small business team youll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. From Bells best networks for the home the office and on the go to the member benefits at Virgin Plus to the cheap and cheerful plans at Lucky Mobile we meet the connectivity needs of all customer segments in Canada.

We are seeking a detail-oriented analytical and strategic-minded Strategy and Planning Specialist with a proven ability to develop and deliver polished executive level presentation material and to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives. This role supports strategic initiatives across the F2F Sales Channel by transforming data and insights into compelling narratives for senior leaders to enable meaningful change and performance improvement. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist storyteller and visual communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to identify and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead the charge on implementation of fixes
- Track progress on initiatives and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations for updates and strategic reviews
- Synthesize complex data into clear visual formats and narratives that drive decision-making
- Support project management and cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance trends and strategic opportunities
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Operations Management Statistics or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and vendors.
- 5 years of experience in operational analytics planning or strategy roles.
- Experience with data analysis & statistical modeling
- Ability to work under pressure cope with ambiguity prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in MicroStrategy and Microsoft Office Products (Excel PPT)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages (e.g. Python SQL)
