About the Role

You will be part of a global team responsible for reviewing articulating and supporting the negotiation of cyber security contractual language whilst building and maintaining client trust in PwCs global information and cyber security control framework.

Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

• Participating in the review and negotiation of client contractual documentation such as Engagement Letters Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work

• You will collaborate and manage relationships with contributors from multiple teams - including technical subject matter experts and business teams

• You will contribute to the development of new subject matter and technical domain expertise in the context of client interactions and contract reviews

• You will identify and support initiatives to continually improve the service and identify opportunities to improve both effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements in our Client & Interactions team your impact will be seen by:

• Demonstrating minimum 2 years experience in IT Security GRC Privacy or IT Audit

• Your understanding of IT security management frameworks especially ISO 27001 and how they are applied in the context of IT management frameworks and related systems and processes

• Exposure from Legal background in information security / cyber security law

• Applying functional knowledge of audits customer or client interactions and contracts in the context of a broader understanding of information security requirements and privacy laws and regulations

• Resolving complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated

• Effectively cross cultural/region/country communicating and leveraging experience working in an environment that crosses various regions and countries

• Possessing the ability to respond to challenging situations with a pragmatic approach towards solutions

• Working under your own initiative and taking ownership and execute tasks with autonomy

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role isAUD 85700.00including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.

A candidates final salary will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings
