Field Support Technician New England Territory
Were seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver top-tier support and ensure an exceptional operator experience across the New England region.
About the Role:
This hands-on customer-facing role combines field service with technical support. Youll troubleshoot issues perform light repairs and provide operator training to ensure successful equipment use. Work independently Thursday Monday starting daily at 5:30 AM. Strong initiative reliability and self-direction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Start support coverage at 5:30 AM
Troubleshoot via phone text video or email
Perform minor in-field repairs and unit swaps
Manage travel schedule and service calendar
Provide proactive customer visits and training
Maintain accurate records (HubSpot) and escalate issues (Jira)
Keep tools and inventory organized
Share field insights with the team
Represent the company with professionalism and problem-solving mindset
Who You Are:
Youre passionate about tech food and service. You value accessibility innovation and quality. You thrive in fast-paced independent work and excel in hands-on problem-solving. Strong communication and collaboration are key.
Requirements:
2 years in field service or technical support
Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience
Excellent communication and time management
Valid drivers license and ability to travel in New England
Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
Background check required
Preferred:
Experience with foodservice or kitchen automation
Familiarity with HubSpot Jira or similar tools
Startup or resourceful environment experience
Location: Preferably based in Southern NH or north of Boston with easy access to I-93 or I-95.
