Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand clinical study data aggregation requirements.
  • Use the analytics platform to set up the study for the processing of data from source and/or systems.
  • Load data from EDC and extract into the analytics platform map to SDTM and/or other custom data formats.
  • Understand the protocol and eCRF document and prepare the SDTM specification.
  • Interact with the study team to understand the study requirements.
  • Understand and identify data loading options with FTP/SFTP processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation on development work and mapping logic.
  • Help with the deployment of solutions across environments.
  • Monitor deployed solutions in production environment.
  • Build visual charts and dashboard using one or more BI tools (including Tableau) based on client requirement.
  • Carry out testing of Tableau graphs.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in clinical ETL programming.
  • Experience with SDTM and ETL Transformation.
  • Be analytical inventive innovative solution-oriented and resourceful.
  • Strong transversal collaboration skills to ensure appropriate business interaction with various global and regional departments and functions.
