The Role
As an Operations Customer Expert I in the Legal Moderation of Reported Content and Ads Team you will play a key role in reviewing and moderating user-reported content and advertisements in Estonian and English. You will ensure all materials comply with legal regulations and community guidelines helping to protect users from harmful or inappropriate content.
Your Main Tasks Will Include:
Reviewing reported images videos text and ads
Investigating policy violations using internal tools
Ensuring compliance with legal standards
Documenting moderation actions and reporting trends
Collaborating with compliance and legal teams
Staying updated on evolving platform and legal policies
Please note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive content (violence misinformation adult material etc.)
Requirements
To thrive in this role you should have:
Schedule
Current working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM6PM.
However this is a 24/7 project full flexibility is required including nights weekends and public holidays if needed in the future.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Accommodation included (optional)
Monthly Gross Compensation with accommodation: 1250
Without accommodation: Up to 1306.67
Meal allowance via prepaid card (7/day)

12-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of permanent contract after 2 years)
