You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to lead and drive HR initiatives aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HR strategies effectively support business objectives while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee a variety of human resource activities and initiatives to meet the organizations current and future HR needs ensuring employees are recruited managed organized trained evaluated and rewarded in alignment with the companys People strategy.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their goals and translate these into actionable HR initiatives that support business growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global HR/People strategies policies procedures processes and systems that align with and support the overall business strategy.
- Lead and contribute to assigned HR projects within your area of expertise ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Work collaboratively with HR teams across different countries to ensure smooth information flow and consistent implementation of people practices.
- Strong knowledge of German labour laws and German HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage Payroll Leaves Compensation Onboarding tasks
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Language: German fluent (native) and English
