Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week
  • Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Florida time

Client location or time zone: FL USA - EDT


Role Summary:

Were launching a fast-growing cleaning services company and need a dependable HR/Recruiting Assistant to help us build a solid team from day one. Your primary responsibility will be to keep our talent pipeline full and ready to activate across multiple cities. If youre organized proactive and experienced in remote hiring we d love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Post job listings on platforms like Indeed Craigslist ZipRecruiter and others

  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews

  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and assist with onboarding

  • Maintain a real-time tracker of cleaner availability by city

  • Coordinate background checks and manage onboarding paperwork

  • Provide daily reports and status updates on recruitment progress


Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication

  • Proven experience in recruiting particularly remote hiring

  • Familiarity with job boards ATS tools and recruitment platforms

  • Highly organized responsive and able to work independently

  • Able to multitask and meet tight turnaround times


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Minimum of 10 screened applicants per week

  • Open positions staffed within 72 hours whenever possible

  • Up-to-date cleaner pipeline maintained for all active markets




Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for service-based or field roles (e.g. cleaners technicians)

  • Basic understanding of HR compliance and recruitment a must

  • Comfort using tools like Google Sheets Trello or ClickUp for tracking
