Our client is a leading player in the fashion retail industry with a strong presence in the Nigerian market. Known for innovation creativity and an unwavering focus on quality and customer experience the company operates a dynamic fast-paced work environment where excellence and professionalism are key. To support their continued growth and operational efficiency they are looking to hire a Front Desk / Receptionist to manage their front-office operations and provide key administrative support.
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate must be proactive calm under pressure and possess strong communication skills. You will also serve as a liaison between departments and external visitors making sure every interaction reflects the companys high standards of hospitality and brand image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and attend to guests clients vendors and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Manage all incoming calls messages and email correspondence; route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
Maintain a neat organized and inviting reception area that aligns with brand standards.
Coordinate visitor schedules meeting room bookings and ensure guests are properly hosted.
Receive log and distribute packages mails and office correspondence.
Maintain accurate visitor logs issue visitor tags/passes and ensure compliance with company security protocols.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying scanning filing and scheduling.
Assist HR Admin and other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.
Monitor front office supplies and raise requisitions for replenishment when necessary.
Follow and enforce front office procedures policies and protocols.
OND or HND in Business Administration Secretarial Studies Mass Communication or any relevant discipline.
1 2 years of experience in a front-desk receptionist customer-facing or administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Calm approachable and solution-oriented under pressure.
Smart appearance and professional demeanor always.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
