JOB SUMMARY
This role is suited for a detail-focused individual eager to develop expertise in inventory management ERP system utilization and production support within a manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and inspect raw materials shipments to verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Store raw materials safely and systematically in designated areas to maintain organization and prevent damage.
Issue raw materials to production lines based on approved work orders and requisitions.
Update and reconcile inventory records using the ERP system (e.g. ODDO) to ensure accuracy.
Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly and quarterly physical stock audits.
Monitor stock for discrepancies damages and expiry; report issues promptly to management.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast material requirements and avoid stock outs.
Assist with documentation reporting and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment.
OND or HND in Supply Chain Management Logistics Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or production support roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably ODDO) and Microsoft Office (Excel Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Physically fit and able to carry out material handling tasks.
Reliable organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
