Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the FMCG industry with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth market share and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with business goals focusing on brand building market penetration and revenue growth.
- Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for key product categories ensuring strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform product development and campaign strategies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of ATL BTL and digital marketing campaigns including media planning creative development and performance tracking.
- Trade Marketing & Channel Strategy: Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and in-store activation plans tailored to modern trade general trade and e-commerce channels.
- Innovation & New Product Launches: Drive go-to-market strategies for new product development and launches ensuring timely execution and effective market entry.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of high performance creativity and collaboration.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 10 years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and consumer landscape.
- Proven track record in brand management marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- Experience in digital marketing trade marketing and new product development.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools data analytics platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
