Job Description
We are a dynamic expanding event marketing firm specializing in providing innovative marketing advertising and consulting services to top national brands and corporations. Our mission is to generate new revenue streams through on-site promotions creative marketing strategies and targeted advertising campaigns tailored uniquely to each client s audience.
As we continue to expand our event portfolio with new clients we are seeking motivated entry-level marketing professionals eager to support event campaigns and grow into campaign management roles. This position is key to the success of our Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator.
Assist the Promotions Coordinator in planning and executing effective marketing strategies for live events and brand promotions
Manage event logistics including setup visual merchandising and inventory control
Track and process event sales and promotions data
Coordinate event schedules and timelines to ensure seamless execution
Act as Event Manager when required to oversee on-site operations
Lead by example and support event interns as an enthusiastic team member
Requirements
Our hands-on training approach will equip you with practical experience in marketing advertising sales public relations and event management. Work closely with senior management to enhance your professional skills build confidence and gain exposure to multiple clients and industries all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Entry-Level Candidate Requirements:
Availability to work occasional nights and weekends for events

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
