We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can unlock new partnerships lead commercial conversations and deliver growth across diverse sectors.
This role involves sourcing high-value clients leading pitch presentations and closing digital marketing and campaign deals across media content production for brands and events. You ll serve as the lead driver of commercial opportunities for Uliza Agency and will work closely with the creative media and strategy teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
Build and manage a pipeline of business leads across B2B and B2C sectors
Initiate and secure strategic partnerships with organizations brands and institutions
Lead in proposal development contract negotiation and deal closure
Represent the agency in meetings presentations and strategy sessions
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts
Work cross-functionally with the digital and creative teams to align on deliverables
Strong track record in business development sales or partnership roles
Degree in Marketing International relations or related field
Experience working in a digital marketing agency communications firm or nonprofit organization
Confident in navigating both corporate and creative environments
Skilled in identifying client needs and translating them into actionable solutions
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities
Familiar with CRM systems Microsoft Office and Canva for proposals and decks
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem social paid media web and influencer channels
Monthly revenue generation from new clients
Number of successful pitches and partnership agreements
Client retention and upsell conversion rates
Proposal turnaround time and presentation quality

Salary : KES 22000 ( NET ) plus commissions on targets set after probation*
Probation of 1 month to showcase capability in the role
