Were looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role youll focus on prospecting qualifying inbound and outbound leads and setting high-quality meetings to build a strong sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys research and loves opening doors to new business opportunities. Youll play a key role in the early sales process and have a direct impact on our growth.
What you will do:
Proactively research identify and engage new leads that align with EXIT83s ideal customer profile.
Execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email cold calling LinkedIn etc.) to drive initial conversations and generate interest.
Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team and executive stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a clean accurate sales pipeline in the CRM updating lead statuses activity notes and follow-up tasks.
Track and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
Qualifications :
1 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role ideally in tech SaaS or consulting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas.
Self-motivated curious and always looking for ways to improve and grow.
Comfortable using CRM tools and outbound platforms.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple conversations accounts and tasks at once.
A strong team player with a passion for building connections and driving business forward.
