Job Description

Pay is $35.00 Per Hour. Task Force Food and Beverage Manager. We pay all travel and hotel. One meal per day provided. Luxury property.

4 to 6 week rotations. Perfect for people with experience in between jobs.

Food and Beverage Manager Duties

  • Manage all outlets in terms of product waste and service efficiency.

  • Prepare variance analysis for bar programs and communicate with relevant departments.

  • Update and maintain systems.

  • Check cost of sales and ensure costs are within budget.

  • Audit beverage reports accordingly.

  • Spot check all meal periods to ensure consistency and quality of beverage offering.

  • Develop cost train and input recipes.

  • Train teams on implementation of standards for bar organization and cleanliness.

  • Update POS (Micros) as needed.

  • Value everyones contribution to the team and we will value your contribution as a key part of our success.

  • Ensure communication is key and ensure daily stand-up meetings are held with associates in the various Food and beverage department areas. Passing along important information to them and giving them a voice in the process.

 


Qualifications :

  • 5 Years Food and Beverage Manager In A Hotel Setting
  • Micros
  • Ability To Travel In The US and Live In Hotel
