Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and well-established Marketing team. As a key member of Minor Hotels central marketing function in Australasia youll lead the development and execution of results-driven marketing strategies across multiple destinations. Your deep industry knowledge leadership capabilities and data-informed approach will be critical in shaping our brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute tailored local marketing plans for each property within your portfolio to drive web sessions achieve monthly revenue targets and deliver a strong return on investment across Australia and New Zealand
- Enhance the visibility and reputation of the properties and brand at a local level through strategic marketing initiatives
- Lead all local area marketing activities for the portfolio including public relations social media advertising and both brand and tactical campaigns
- Create compelling content and marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines for use across digital and traditional media channels
- Cultivate and leverage partnerships with external brands and tourism bodies to amplify marketing reach and engagement
- Support the implementation of integrated promotional and seasonal campaigns across Australia and New Zealand through owned earned and paid media channels
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with local market needs and broader business priorities
- Regularly report on marketing performance providing insights and updates on local campaigns initiatives and outcomes
Qualifications :
You will require the following Qualifications skills and experience:
- A relevant degree in Marketing Communications or Advertising
- At least 4 years experience in a national Local Area Marketing Manager role
- Experience working with a national network of stakeholders (e.g. franchisee properties stores)
- Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals ROI and revenue targets
- Attention to detail with the ability to edit for grammar and style in line with current business copywriting standards
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
- Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends
