Job Description
Job Title: Process Improvement Manager
Location: Philippines
Department: Trading Services
Reports to: Head of Trading Unit Operational Performance
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency productivity and quality across our operations. This role is central to identifying improvement opportunities managing cross-functional projects and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence projects focused on cost reduction efficiency service quality and process improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines KPIs risk assessments and resource allocations.
- Facilitate workshops root cause analysis sessions and process mapping exercises.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes tools and systems.
- Train and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and practices.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience in project management operational excellence or business transformation.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree (MBA or related).
- Experience in B2B supply chain trading operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI Jira or project management platforms
