Job Description
About the role:
As a Cash Management Specialist youll be part of the finance team that directly support our e-commerce business making sure customer transactions flow smoothly and securely. From managing PSP integrations to ensuring accurate bank reconciliations your work keeps our financial engine running. Youll be both hands-on in the day-to-day execution and a go-to expert for all things related to digital payments.
About your tasks:
- Oversee and execute e-payment processes including PSP integrations direct debits refunds and chargebacks
- Manage bank imports journal postings and reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
- Act as the key contact for PSPs and internal teams resolving issues and improving payment processes
- Collaborate with tech accounting and operations teams to optimize and scale payment workflows
- Monitor and report on KPIs and transaction performance to ensure transparency and efficiency
Qualifications :
About you:
- 5 years of experience in payment operations ideally in an e-commerce or digital finance setting
- Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and online transaction processing
- Youre tech-savvy comfortable working with ERP and financial systems
- You care about getting things right solving problems and working across departments
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
