Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Report on product player and venue performance including analysis of KPIs stakes win and margin performance
- Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to enhance understanding of performance and drive improvements
- Identify trends and opportunities within the reports to optimise performance and translate them into actionable insights
- Champion best practice in performance analysis supporting the Slots team in improving and leveraging data effectively
- Create performance-tracking reports for new products assessing ROI and informing further developments
- Work closely with the Slots Team providing insight and assistance where necessary
- Collaborate with suppliers on accessing utilising and optimising 3rd party data
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects that provide new level of insights and the evaluation of new revenue opportunities or cost-saving initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry developments including new reporting tools that will further benefit the business
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry
- Understanding of slots and gaming industry and the key performance drivers
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills critical thinking and a customer-centric approach
- Results driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analytics
- Experience working with visualization tools to present insights effectively
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders building trust and collaboration
Additional Information :
The role is hybrid 3 days a week onsite in our Maidenhead Head Office.
