Job Description
As a Counter Salesperson you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support at our Profit Center counters. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assist walk-in customers with purchases product inquiries and recommendations
- Process sales orders manage inventory and maintain a clean well-stocked counter area
- Drive sales growth through counter merchandising and product promotion
- Handle customer returns warranty claims and resolve concerns professionally
- Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales functions as needed
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Center Manager
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience
- Excellent customer service communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in order processing software and basic computer applications
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with material handling equipment preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing and building products a plus
Additional Information :
Salary Range - $45000-$50000
