Shipping & Receiving Specialist Join Our Growing Team!

Location: Kennesaw GA
Full-Time 1st Shift

$ Pay $20-$24 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure safe secure and compliant packaging for all outbound materials.
• Process shipments in line with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
• Review and interpret shipping documents invoices and orders to prioritize and assign tasks.
• Handle international documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams suppliers and customers.
• Maintain clean organized records and assist with administrative duties.
• Support a culture of safety by following all protocols and reporting any incidents.
• Work hands-on on the warehouse floor often around heavy machinery.
• Take on additional tasks as needed under the guidance of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Basic math reading and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Previous warehouse experience (forklift packing and measuring).
• A safety-first mindset and CPR/First Aid training is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping processes metals handling and documentation.
• Experience with SAP ISO standards and lean practices is a big advantage.
