Join our Innovation Analytics team as an AI Products Engineer a pivotal role focused on the successful rollout adoption and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge tools. You will act as a key liaison between our development team stakeholders and end-users ensuring our products deliver maximum value and are seamlessly integrated into user workflows. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring a blend of technical acumen product thinking data analysis skills and exceptional communication.
This position is based out of Piscataway NJ location. Work visa sponsorship not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training workshops and documentation
- Collect and consolidate user feedback and technical issues for development teams
- Collaborate with engineering and design on product features
- Analyze data for product insights and dashboard reporting
- Utilize AI for data synthesis and concept generation
- Experiment with prompt engineering to improve AI performance
- Champion AI product adoption and effective use
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong data & analytics skills: Python SQL
- Experience applying AI for data analysis coding or content generation
- Technical background or strong understanding of development workflows (e.g. Agile Jira)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with dashboarding architecture diagrams and design tools (e.g. Figma) is a plus
- Familiarity with GCP K8s deployment and Airflow is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly especially stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83200.00 - $133000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
