Job Description

MHS Workplace Readiness Specialist

  • Details: Part Time position 5 hours per day 188 days
  • Application Deadline: June 17 2025

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one year experience working in education or human services preferably with individuals with disabilities.
  • Experience working withhigh school level students preferred.
  • Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Experience or training in workplace readiness or career development preferred.

About the Role:

MHS isseeking a passionate and dedicated Workplace Readiness Specialist to support high school studentsparticularly those with disabilitiesin preparing for employment and/or post-secondary learning. This position is part of our Transition School to Work (TSW) initiative and focuses on delivering Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS).
