Job Description
The R&D Senior Financial Analyst supports the R&D Headquarters function with a primary focus on R&D Capital. This individual will serve as the RCE RAPID Administrator and will lead the R&D RCE Center of Excellence. This individual will also closely help with the COMPASS time reporting system used within R&D.
Responsibilities
- R&D RCE Administrator & RCE Center of Excellence Facilitator working closely with R&D Finance leadership
- Very involved in capital and project expense tracking by R&D function and across all R&D
- Works closely with Corporate FP&A on capital requests and suite-bound RCEs
- Prepares & leads the project expense forecast for R&D DHQ
- Schedules and prepares content for quarterly capital and project expense meetings with R&D Finance Directors
- Maintains R&D approval matrix in Power BI
- Leads and maintains training documents for R&D RCE submissions and on-boards new R&D employees on the RCE process
- Works closely with the COMPASS team regarding time reporting and serves as a COMPASS subject matter expert by answering questions from R&D employees globally regarding COMPASS ensuring all new employees and employees from acquisitions are set up correctly on COMPASS ensures accurate COMPASS reporting during month-end close for all of R&D and leads trainings on COMPASS for new users
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 4 years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility.
- Strong financial analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC and PowerBI a plus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary: $82500-$157500

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
