As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email you will provide our guests with excellent service starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following:
- Reviewing and processing bookings overbookings and options
- Maintaining Sihot as well as our electronic bookings systems
- Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
- Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
- Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times
Qualifications :
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be open and communicative and have excellent manners as well as a solid command of (written and spoken) English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
