You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Administrator for Victim Services youll play a vital role in ensuring victims and witnesses of crime receive the timely and compassionate support they need. Youll be responsible for managing communications coordinating team activities and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Duties include monitoring the service inbox organising meetings processing data reports and liaising with volunteers to enhance service delivery. Youll also support case workers and ensure referrals are actioned promptly helping maintain Catch22s high standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications :
Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented individual with:
Desirable: Experience in minute-taking knowledge of data protection regulations and previous work in victim services or a similar role.

Contract: Part time permanent
Hours & work pattern: Standard office hours 0900-1700; flexible working available. 22.5 hours
Salary: 14145 (23575 FTE)
Location: This role is based in Leicestershire.
