Job Description

As an Administrator for Victim Services youll play a vital role in ensuring victims and witnesses of crime receive the timely and compassionate support they need. Youll be responsible for managing communications coordinating team activities and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Duties include monitoring the service inbox organising meetings processing data reports and liaising with volunteers to enhance service delivery. Youll also support case workers and ensure referrals are actioned promptly helping maintain Catch22s high standards of care and professionalism.


Qualifications :

Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented individual with:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience with data systems and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative and compassionate mindset to support team and service users.

Desirable: Experience in minute-taking knowledge of data protection regulations and previous work in victim services or a similar role.

Contract: Part time permanent

Hours & work pattern: Standard office hours 0900-1700; flexible working available. 22.5 hours

Salary: 14145 (23575 FTE)

Location: This role is based in Leicestershire.
