Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular communication and calls with customers to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Ensure the RMA response targets are achieved (content and timing)
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturing & production engineers supply management personnel quality and accounting departments
- Define priority of claims to be handled to satisfy customers in the best possible way
- Carry out regular visits to customer production facilities for discussions with manufacturing & production engineers; provide prompt and effective resolution to recurring production issues.
- Actively support problem solving activities; assure the achievement of the different steps and providing suggestions to improve quality level
- Support PMI activities for service (Warranty) harmonization
- Support quality engineers and act as facilitator for customer quality issues at both at customer and HydraForce
Physical Requirements:
- The job involves Continuus sitting and frequently standing.
- The job involves lifting weight in-between 10- 25lbs
Travel Requirement:
Once in every two or three months to customer sites.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field or 8 years of commensurate experience in lieu of
- 0-3 years of experience with bachelors degree completed
- Comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing and quality tools
- Read and understand Quality Environmental Health & Safety policy and discuss with their immediate superior any specific points which require clarification
- Computer literatewith sound knowledge of Microsoft packages experienced in use of MRP and Quality Control system.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas share technical information and communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing

Salary and Benefits:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50k- $63k Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
