Job Description
Pay Range: $24.25 $35.25/hour
Status: Year-Round Salary (Exempt)
The CRM Specialist at Arapahoe Basin supports skier visits and pass sales primarily through the implementation of email marketing campaigns and data analysis. This is a strategic data-centric position that manages marketing automation communications to increase retention and brand loyalty. This position plays a key role in driving incremental revenue and ensuring all communications deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Brand Manager and specific duties will include coordinating mountain events reporting on various marketing-related data and tracking advertising schedules costs and trends. This job will support and assist with social media communications.

Essential Responsibilities:
Email & CRM Campaigns
- Develop schedule and execute all owned channel campaignsincluding newsletters sales announcements event updates and lifecycle automations
- Manage all campaign operations: segmentation testing deployment and post-send reporting
- Create and refine automated drip and nurture flows (welcome series re-engagement pre-arrival etc.)
- Run A/B tests on subject lines content and send times to improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure campaigns reflect the A-Basin tone values and seasonal priorities
Data & Analytics
- Analyze CRM campaign performance (open rates CTR revenue impact unsubscribes etc.) and optimize based on results
- Use guest behavior purchase history and visit patterns to segment the database and personalize communications
- Track campaign-attributed revenue and assist in developing benchmarks for guest retention and reactivation
- Monitor CRM KPIs and identify opportunities to improve the customer lifecycle and journey
Cross-Departmental & Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to ensure email/SMS aligns with social media web and PR storytelling
- Work with the Brand Manager and external digital ad team to optimize messaging across paid and owned channels
- Coordinate with Product Management and Guest Services to ensure consistency in product and service messaging
- Support on-mountain events and help communicate critical guest info during key operational moments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:
- 1 year of marketing CRM or email campaign experience
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo Mailchimp Salesforce HubSpot)
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics Looker Studio or similar)
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field
- HTML or basic coding experience
- UX/email design awareness
- Intermediate or above skiing or snowboarding ability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to withstand high-altitude conditions at all times
- Ability to sit stand and navigate stairs
- Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or higher - preferred
Work Environment:
- This position will mostly work indoors in an office setting while sitting and using a computer. Occasionally this position will work outdoors in a high-alpine environment in all types of weather conditions. Additionally this position may require riding a chair lift.
